If the pills or packaging are damaged, please do not use the product. Take a photo if possible and contact our support team with your order details. If you are not satisfied with what you received, or if something does not seem right, please let us know. We will review your case and do our best to offer a fair solution.
For safety reasons, medication cannot be returned once it has been shipped or delivered. Medicines cannot be taken back, stored again, or resold after leaving the pharmacy. Because of this, damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are usually resolved by sending a replacement package rather than accepting a return.
